This author claims that Jesus Christ is nothing but a myth; a personality formed by the meshing together of other pagan gods. Therefore, she has no idea who God is and no idea of Jesus Christ’s love for not only her, but the whole world. Don’t believe the Bible? The only way to disprove the Bible is to believe in what it says and for none of its promises to come to pass. Try that, then write a book on how the Bible isn’t true.

This book is writen by a dishonest historian. Another attempt by the nonbeliving spsudo-scholars to distroy others faith because they have none themselves. Try reading Stages of Faith By Dr Fowler. I hope this will be a balm to your soul and help you understand that once you loose your faith that it can be regained despite what what you have learned.

…Yes, this humble writer has discovred something that over a billion of the world’s population can’t see. (Or has she?)
Sure, ’some’ scholars say that the books of the Bible were written around 150AD, but most date them well before then, but if you want to read this book, only look at the evidence that backs your own claim; ignore the majority of evidence because it gets in the way. Ignore the fact that miracles continue to happen in the name of Christ, or that people continue to find peace in this faith.
Sure, Peter and Paul died for their belief in Jesus as Christ, but ignore this too, pretend that Christianity was made up about eighty years after(!) that happened! Ignore in fact the hundreds of thousands who have died believing in that same thing!
One of her theories is how sun worship of the pagans was transformed into “Son” worship of today’s Christians! Can you believe that? I imagine that they spoke English too (sun / son, sound similar)!
Oh, and for those aethists who think that Acharya is some sort of timely, ‘god-send’, she is herself a Hindu. The author of “Metta: The Philosophy & Practics of Univrsal Love”
It is here we see the main motivation for her work. She believes taht Judaism, Christianity and Islam all stole their ideas from Hinduism! Never mind the fact that in Hinduism the idea is that Man is God, and Christianity says something completly different!

I believe books like this are great deceptions to turn people away from the truth. This book is neither accurate or honest in its scholarship. I would suggest that you read the rebuttal of this book written by one who knows the facts…

Oh Please, if she could link Jesus Christ with the nose of toucan sam, you’d still praise her. Just Scratching more itching ears, actually her book is about to be reviewed to death, and exposed for what it is: Another ill-attempt to poison the well.
